Cycling Volunteer
Come volunteer at the 2025 State Cycling Tournament on August 16th at the Marlboro Hills Complex. Volunteer timeframe is 8:30am-3:00pm.

Dorchester Train 4 Life Volunteer
Come volunteer at the 2025 Summer Dorchester Train 4 Life Volunteer on Monday evenings at Inner City Weightlifting. Train 4 Liferuns from August 18th-November 10th. Volunteer timeframe is 6:00pm-7:00pm

Date: Mondays starting August 18th-November 10th (No session Sep. 1)

Volunteer timeframe: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Volunteer Role: encourage and motivate athletes to stay engaged during workout, demonstrate exercises by explaining techniques, modify exercises as needed, assist with equipment including weights, mats, and exercise balls, and addressing safety concerns and taking necessary steps to provide a safe environment.

All volunteers must have an active CLASS A form on file.

We are looking for volunteers who can commit weekly to this 12-week program. Athletes benefit from a consistent volunteer to create trust and develop a strong bond with.

Burlington Train 4 Life Volunteer
Come volunteer at the Burlington Summer Train 4 Life at D1 Training on Saturdays from August 23rd-November 15th. Volunteer timeframe is 1:00pm-2:00pm (first session will be 10:30am-11:30am).
