2025 Hyde Park Inclusive Basketball Skills Center

Dates: Saturdays starting February 1st through April 26th (no session 3/15 or 3/29)

Volunteer timeframe: 2:15pm-3:30pm

Location: ISlide

Volunteer Role: provide individualized 1:1 support to athletes leading them through basketball skills and drills

All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and complete the Level 1 Coaching Requirements.

2025 South Boston Inclusive Basketball Skills Center

Dates: Sundays starting March 23rd- April 27th

Volunteer timeframe: 10:00am-11:30am

Location: Edgerley Family South Boston Boys and Girls Club

Volunteer Role: provide individualized 1:1 support to athletes aged 8-12 leading them through basketball skills and drills per lesson plans

This is a leadership role; all volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and complete the Level 1 Coaching Requirements. Weekly commitment is preferred. If you are unable to attend all weeks but would like to volunteer, please reach out to volunteer@specialolympicsma.org with the dates you are unavailable for.

2025 Roxbury Winter Pickleball Skills Center

Date: Monday evenings from April 7th to May 26th

Volunteer timeframe: 5:45pm-7:00pm

Location: Dewitt Center

122 Dewitt Drive, Boston, MA 02120

Volunteer Role: assist athletes with pickleball skills and drills and play in games per lesson plans from lead instructor.

All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and have an active Class A on file.

2025 Marlborough Pickleball Clinic

Date: Tuesday evenings starting April 22nd-May 27th

Volunteer timeframe: 5:30pm-7:00pm

Location: Yawkey Sports Training Center

Volunteer Role: assist athletes with pickleball skills and drills and play in games based on lesson plan from instructor.

Please note, when signing up for multiple shifts, you will receive confirmation emails for each individual shift.

2025 Milford Swim Qualifier

Date: Sunday, April 27th

Volunteer timeframe: 7:30am-12:00pm

Location: Milford High School

2025 Bridgewater Swim Qualifier

Date: Sunday, April 27th

Volunteer timeframe: 8:15am-3:00pm

Location: Bridgewater State University
