2026 Winter/Spring Newton Train 4 Life Program

Train 4 Life is designed to support athletes aged 18 and older in achieving their full potential, both on and off the field. The 12-week program will encompass pre-and-post-biometric and fitness testing outcomes, once-a-week group workouts, and weekly nutrition and healthy lifestyle education. This session runs weekly on Tuesday evenings from January 20th through April 7th from 6 pm to 7 pm at JCC Greater Boston in Newton.
