Boston and Lawrence schools are embracing Unified programming to break down barriers and help students discover strengths they didn’t know they had. Along the way, they're proving that inclusion can transform entire school communities!


A Roxbury Latin student partnered with Special Olympics MA to host an inclusive tennis clinic, breaking barriers and creating access. Athletes gained confidence, volunteers built connections, and everyone left inspired.


Unified Sports united Will, Remy, and Rohan, turning teammates into friends. Their bond grew beyond the court, leading to a surprise Celtics game for Will—an unforgettable experience showing the power of inclusion and friendship.

Despite having an intense fear of heights, Amanda Fowle has participated in Over the Edge for more than a decade to support Special Olympics athletes.


The experience of being a coach taught me how to pass along my experience to others, see the development of one or more athletes, and giving them something to learn about when playing that sport.
