Boston and Lawrence schools are embracing Unified programming to break down barriers and help students discover strengths they didn’t know they had. Along the way, they're proving that inclusion can transform entire school communities!


A Roxbury Latin student partnered with Special Olympics MA to host an inclusive tennis clinic, breaking barriers and creating access. Athletes gained confidence, volunteers built connections, and everyone left inspired.

Jessica Lappin overcomes challenges with strength and joy. She excels in bowling, golf, cheer, and bocce, advocates for inclusion, and shares her journey through the Special Olympics MA Content Squad.


Sydney Brooks has overcome childhood surgeries to excel in basketball, bowling, and flag football. Now, she dreams of becoming a public speaker to advocate for disability rights and spread awareness.


Conrad will be running the 2025 Boston Marathon in support of Special Olympics MA in hopes to not only fundraise money for the organization, but to inspire other athletes. Here is his story and what is motivating him to run 26.2 miles.
