A Roxbury Latin student partnered with Special Olympics MA to host an inclusive tennis clinic, breaking barriers and creating access. Athletes gained confidence, volunteers built connections, and everyone left inspired.
Unified Sports united Will, Remy, and Rohan, turning teammates into friends. Their bond grew beyond the court, leading to a surprise Celtics game for Will—an unforgettable experience showing the power of inclusion and friendship.

Officer Ryan Maxfield had never been involved with Special Olympics—until one day at Gillette Stadium changed everything. Now he’s all in, running the Final Leg and carrying the Flame of Hope with his son in mind.
Jonathan started volunteering with Special Olympics in his post-season. Three years later, he's still coaching—and helping athletes like Matthew gain skills and confidence.
