As the year winds down and the winter months settle in, many push through busy schedules. But no matter our role at Special Olympics MA, one of the most valuable gifts we can give ourselves this season is rest.


Beth Donahue, a Special Olympics MA athlete and fitness leader, was named the latest Point32Health Healthy Hero, highlighting inclusive wellness and athlete empowerment.

Anna Whitted has been a Game Changer for the past two years, volunteering at numerous tournaments and fundraising events and being a true ambassador for the Special Olympics movement.


Lindsy Graichen has run in at least 25 different races, but this year will be her first year running as a part of Team Xtra Mile for Special Olympics Massachusetts.


In 2017, Special Olympics Massachusetts was awarded a Cummings Foundation $100K for 100 Grant. The funds are helping provide additional programming in Essex County.
