As the year winds down and the winter months settle in, many push through busy schedules. But no matter our role at Special Olympics MA, one of the most valuable gifts we can give ourselves this season is rest.


Beth Donahue, a Special Olympics MA athlete and fitness leader, was named the latest Point32Health Healthy Hero, highlighting inclusive wellness and athlete empowerment.

Here at Special Olympics Massachusetts, we have a lot to be thankful for. We are thankful for the incredible support we see every day in every community across our amazing commonwealth.


On November 23rd Plymouth 400 Inc. held its 5th annual Illuminate Thanksgiving program. This year’s theme was inclusion.
