At the 2025 Annual Celebration of Inclusion, held at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, Special Olympics Massachusetts athletes, families, volunteers, partners, and supporters gathered from across the Commonwealth to reflect on an amazing year.


Nearly 150 Boston Polar Plungers from 15+ companies dove into icy Bear Force One, raising over $40,000 for Special Olympics MA. Thanks to Cisco Brewers, Boston PD, and the Bruins Foundation for making the day unforgettable!


A Roxbury Latin student partnered with Special Olympics MA to host an inclusive tennis clinic, breaking barriers and creating access. Athletes gained confidence, volunteers built connections, and everyone left inspired.

Beth Donahue has been a part of the Special Olympics for 20 years. Her motto is “Try new things and challenge myself whenever I can”.


Amanda Church is a Special Olympics athlete with the LIFE Program on the Cape. Amanda has been competing in Special Olympics for more than 15 years and currently competes in basketball, swimming, and soccer.
