Aileen Corrigan trains at 3 AM in Kingston, Jamaica, chasing her dream of becoming a six-star marathon finisher. In April 2025, she’ll run the Boston Marathon, not just for herself, but to support Special Olympics MA.


Conrad will be running the 2025 Boston Marathon in support of Special Olympics MA in hopes to not only fundraise money for the organization, but to inspire other athletes. Here is his story and what is motivating him to run 26.2 miles.

Amanda Church is a Special Olympics athlete with the LIFE Program on the Cape. Amanda has been competing in Special Olympics for more than 15 years and currently competes in basketball, swimming, and soccer.


As a freshly minted Special OlympicsHealth Messenger, Beth will be helping to share wellness tips to make sure we are all staying healthy during and in-between sports seasons.


Jake Blatnica of Natick, MA probably shouldn’t have been able to play sports, not at the high school level, anyway. Yet, today he is competing at the highest level and was named the Special Olympics High School Athlete of the year.
