Erin Delahunty, a longtime Special Olympics MA athlete and wellness advocate, was named Tufts Health Plan's first Healthy Hero of 2026, honoring her leadership, lifelong commitment to health, and inclusive sport.

From international competition to USA Games prep, Unified teams traveling coast to coast, athlete voices being heard, and friendships formed on and off the field, 2025 highlighted how inclusion creates moments bigger than medals.

Ken Collins was born in Youngstown, Ohio and at 4 years old he moved to Massachusetts and grew up in Raynham, Massachusetts. Today, Ken still lives in Raynham in a house next to the one he grew up in with his wife, three kids, and dogs.


Sean Dixon is a Massachusetts native. He grew up in Shrewsbury and currently lives in South Boston where he has lived for the last three years.
