Meet Jay Barnes, the heart and soul behind Haverhill's Special Olympics Local Program! Recently honored with an induction into the Special Olympics Massachusetts Hall of Fame, Jay's dedication knows no bounds. While Jay is a true example of kindness and passion, he's not afraid to ignite a little friendly competition!
